Roku Bulb won't turn on after the firmware update
So I just got two bulbs for the same lamp. The top bulb works fine, but when I went to add the second bulb, it said there was a firmware update and it started to work, but then out of nowhere the light went offline and shut off while the update was going. So I thought deleting the light from the app would help to restart the steps, but now it won’t turn on at all. I already went through all the troubleshooting steps. Turning it off and on 3 times, reinstalling the app, moving the bulb to a different spot. It will not turn on at all. Can’t even get it into pairing mode. It’s like its completely deactivated itself. So, I’m just wondering if there’s a way to fix the bulb, or do I have to buy a new one.72Views0likes3CommentsRoku Battery Camera SE Stopped working
I bought a roku baterry camera SE from Walmart in May. So its just like 4 months ago, and the camera battery ran out so I brought it inside to get it charged. This is the 3rd time I charged these cameras and the last two times I charged them, everything went fine. This third time however 2 of the cameras stopped working completely. I tried everything in the book, from leaving it charging all night to factory rest both by pressing the restart button that's at the base of the camera right next to the charging port. Nothing happened. I spent over 100 dollars for this two cameras and Walmart said no for returning them because the return policy expired and dumb me didn't buy a warranty coverage. I don't know what to do anymore and I don't want to throw them in the trash 😤💔. Unfortunately there are no videos on what to do regarding these specific brand for the roku cameras. I just received the camera today. Immediately, plugged it in to an Anker charger. The ring light lit up white but after awhile, it started to alternate between white and blue. Looking at the manual, it says nothing about this behavior. Light alternated between solid white and after a few minutes, to blue and then back to white. The infrared lights were also coming on sporadically. Disconnected from the charger and went ahead to pair it up with the chime and add everything to my existent Roku cameras. The pairing process went well, I saw in the app that the camera battery had only charged to 52% at that point. I then turned the camera off. Confirmed it was fully off because I heard the voice prompt. Went back to charge the camera and the behavior came back, alternating white or blue lights and the occasional infrared lighting up as well. Is this normal? I understand the ring light needs to be on to let me know of the charging status but, why would it keep alternating between white and blue? Just worried that if the camera comes on automatically when plugged to the charger, it would delayed the charging times.41Views1like4CommentsRoku Camera Indoor 360 power issue

Re: Battery Camera SE Camera did work for 3 weeks. Still had over half charge before it quit working. Have tried all the troubleshooting procedures. No lights come on at all. No response to anything. And was not exposed to the elements—was under an overhang. Do I need to return the camera?Solved69Views1like1CommentRoku Battery Camera SE no power issue
I switched WI-FI providers so I was pulling all my cameras down to connect them to my new network ( all of my cameras including this one were functioning perfectly normal up to this point). I noticed that this particular camera was low on battery so I plugged it in. It was below 15% so I could not pair it to the new WI-FI yet. I went back to check on the percentage of the camera no more than 30 minutes later and there were no lights and the camera was completely unresponsive. the camera is plugged into the base station ( still no response from it) I have done all of the trouble shooting methods I have found in the forums and have had no such luck. I purchased this camera less than 3 months ago at my local Walmart. please help!Solved66Views0likes1Comment
