Roku Indoor Camera SE won't Factory Reset

I have an inside roku SE that will not factory reset. During the initial install, it would not update. Wifi is great and at recommended 2.4. I’ve held the setup button for 30 seconds and it will not reset. The camera only has a solid red light that shows the power source is connected. It will absolutely not do anything else. I’ve unplugged it, reset wifi, done all the things suggested. There’s no wrong way to press the setup button either.

Outdoor Battery Camera — Sound deep and slowed

My sound comes through like slow motion would sound but there's no lagging of time in recordings or live feed. Example my little Chihuahua sounds like a blue whale when she barks. I tried resetting it, moving it, cleaning the speaker etc etc all the steps nothing works, anyone else have issues like this or ideas how to get the sound normal again.

Roku Outdoor Battery camera won't stay live view and turns off immediately

Yeah, I got one set up and one has to be replaced... the one worked one day, but, now won't stay up up on live view and changes when I say I want to hear...it comes on then turns off immediately and then shuts down to reconnect.... I think these cams need allot of work still to be done.... if they ever work the way they say they should they may have good cams...but, I've had others that have worked beautifully only they went out of business...one during the pandemic and now Sengled SNAP had a beautiful cam and they went out of business??!! Ring's are OK but, I want something where I can keep live view up longer than 15 min....

Roku Camera is making static and clicking sounds after the firmware upgrade

I have 12 cameras CS1000X (firmware 7.0.0-build 37-FD and 7.0.0-build 26-FD). Ever since they upgraded to these firmware versions the cameras make a loud static, and clicking noise, and its loud and can be heard over 20 feet away. I have to unplug them momentarily to reset them and they are then find for a while, sometimes for days other times only for a few minutes. I have factory reset them all, confirmed the wifi single is between -60db -50db for any of the camaras. I have reset the wifi multiple times but that doe snot prevent the issue. how can I stop this. its annoying and I even had a neighbor knock on my door to tell me my driveway camera was making noise. I have checked for a new firmware and it show I have the latest. is there any way to load and older firmware?

Roku Chime SE Status light issue

I just received the camera today. Immediately, plugged it in to an Anker charger. The ring light lit up white but after awhile, it started to alternate between white and blue. Looking at the manual, it says nothing about this behavior. Light alternated between solid white and after a few minutes, to blue and then back to white. The infrared lights were also coming on sporadically. Disconnected from the charger and went ahead to pair it up with the chime and add everything to my existent Roku cameras. The pairing process went well, I saw in the app that the camera battery had only charged to 52% at that point. I then turned the camera off. Confirmed it was fully off because I heard the voice prompt. Went back to charge the camera and the behavior came back, alternating white or blue lights and the occasional infrared lighting up as well. Is this normal? I understand the ring light needs to be on to let me know of the charging status but, why would it keep alternating between white and blue? Just worried that if the camera comes on automatically when plugged to the charger, it would delayed the charging times.

Battery Camera SE— Not working, no status lights

Re: Battery Camera SE Camera did work for 3 weeks. Still had over half charge before it quit working. Have tried all the troubleshooting procedures. No lights come on at all. No response to anything. And was not exposed to the elements—was under an overhang. Do I need to return the camera?

    Smart Home App: Camera Setup

Hi all, does anyone know if the camera/app will work without google play services? I have tried several different IP/wireless cameras with zero success. There are many security apps available through the Huawei store but none of them seem to work with the cameras available in the US. Assuming one was to use the camera without the app, can it still work on the SmartHome website? Appreciate any advice you can give, thanks!

Roku cameras show offline on Samsung Zfold

I have 3 Roku cameras. One works fine. The other two show offline in the app, but if you click on. Them you can view live feed on my husband's iPhone, but on my samsung zfold it just says offline. I've restarted and reconnected them. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. They were working fine and I didn't change any settings on the app or phone.
