Roku cameras show offline on Samsung Zfold

I have 3 Roku cameras.  One works fine.  The other two show offline in the app, but if you click on. Them you can view live feed on my husband's iPhone, but on my samsung zfold it just says offline.  I've restarted and reconnected them. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  They were working fine and I didn't change any settings on the app or phone.

  • I’m having this problem to I have 3 cameras that where working fine. Yesterday my babies camera in her room wouldn’t let me view live steam at all I factory reset the camera and rest the WiFi nothing so I just took it down put the other one up,now today I’m having another problem with my living room camera won’t let me view live stream at all. Now I’m down to 1 working camera,I sure hope they fix this problem because we been with Roku a long time but this is just annoying. My husbands phone is doing the same thing won’t bring the live stream up at all and this camera has been working great.

    Welcome, Bcross03

You mentioned you're unable to access the live stream on your Roku cameras. Thanks for attempting some troubleshooting steps to resolve it.

Consider giving these steps a try: Restart the app

    1. Close the app on your mobile device
      • iOS®: Swipe up (or double-tap the Home button on older devices) and then swipe the app to close it
      • Android™: Swipe up (or press the Recents button on older devices) and then swipe the app to close it
    2. Re-launch the smart home app and try again
