Roku Bulb won't turn on after the firmware update

So I just got two bulbs for the same lamp. The top bulb works fine, but when I went to add the second bulb, it said there was a firmware update and it started to work, but then out of nowhere the light went offline and shut off while the update was going. So I thought deleting the light from the app would help to restart the steps, but now it won’t turn on at all. I already went through all the troubleshooting steps. Turning it off and on 3 times, reinstalling the app, moving the bulb to a different spot. It will not turn on at all. Can’t even get it into pairing mode. It’s like its completely deactivated itself. So, I’m just wondering if there’s a way to fix the bulb, or do I have to buy a new one.

      This is effing ridiculous!!! I just experienced the same issue right out of the box! I'm glazing over with all the **bleep** your asking for! Take the effing bulb back and stick it where the sun don't shine!!!
