Roku Bulb won't turn on after the firmware update
So I just got two bulbs for the same lamp. The top bulb works fine, but when I went to add the second bulb, it said there was a firmware update and it started to work, but then out of nowhere the light went offline and shut off while the update was going. So I thought deleting the light from the app would help to restart the steps, but now it won’t turn on at all. I already went through all the troubleshooting steps. Turning it off and on 3 times, reinstalling the app, moving the bulb to a different spot. It will not turn on at all. Can’t even get it into pairing mode. It’s like its completely deactivated itself. So, I’m just wondering if there’s a way to fix the bulb, or do I have to buy a new one.71Views0likes3CommentsBattery Camera SE stuck in checking for updates
Purchased an Battery Camera SE. Charged it overnight. Started the install process (power up, recognized, added to Wi-Fi network) and the app appears to be stuck in the "checking for updates" step. I've let it run 5, 10, 30 minutes, up to and hour and still "checking for updates." I've done this 5 times. I've even put it back on the charger. I have a blinking yellow light followed by a red blinking light and repeat.Solved268Views0likes7CommentsNew update changed all the setting for my indoor camera
I have an indoor camera to watch my dog while I’m at work. I had the settings set up perfectly so the motion detection wouldn’t go off for the slightest movement and the camera speed was slow enough to position the view where I wanted it. Now with the new update the live view takes forever to load, the camera speed setting was taken off the app so the camera moves way too fast and I can’t position it where I want it, and it’s detecting EVERY slight movement even after turning that setting way down, so my phone is blowing up with notifications. Roku, please reverse this update, it is horrible.74Views1like1CommentOutdoor Camera battery drain too fast
The Outdoor Camera Se is not holding a charge. I've updated the firmware and followed suggestions from the community forum. We've only had our camera for 1-2 months. From the very beginning of buying and setting the camera up, after charging for more than 4 hours when I set it up, the battery drains quickly to about 90% then a day or two later it holds at around 57% for about a week and slowly drains as it should. We've tried all suggestions.663Views0likes3CommentsCan't delete the Roku Camera
I am having the same issue with the Wireless Camera Doorbell. I'm getting notifications on my phone but I can't see the camera when I click on it, and it doesn't allow me to delete the device, the message that shows is "Fail". I have the new update, but for weeks before I received the error message, the app was logging me out constantly. My network is fine, I have an indoor camera, and that one is working fine. I hope you can kindly provide a solution as this is really frustrated. Thank you!Solved918Views0likes2CommentsTwo Indoor Cameras have different Firmware Versions
