Battery Camera SE stuck in checking for updates

Purchased an Battery Camera SE. Charged it overnight. Started the install process (power up, recognized, added to Wi-Fi network) and the app appears to be stuck in the "checking for updates" step. I've let it run 5, 10, 30 minutes, up to and hour and still "checking for updates." I've done this 5 times. I've even put it back on the charger. I have a blinking yellow light followed by a red blinking light and repeat.

New update changed all the setting for my indoor camera

I have an indoor camera to watch my dog while I’m at work. I had the settings set up perfectly so the motion detection wouldn’t go off for the slightest movement and the camera speed was slow enough to position the view where I wanted it. Now with the new update the live view takes forever to load, the camera speed setting was taken off the app so the camera moves way too fast and I can’t position it where I want it, and it’s detecting EVERY slight movement even after turning that setting way down, so my phone is blowing up with notifications. Roku, please reverse this update, it is horrible.

Outdoor Camera battery drain too fast

The Outdoor Camera Se is not holding a charge. I've updated the firmware and followed suggestions from the community forum. We've only had our camera for 1-2 months. From the very beginning of buying and setting the camera up, after charging for more than 4 hours when I set it up, the battery drains quickly to about 90% then a day or two later it holds at around 57% for about a week and slowly drains as it should. We've tried all suggestions.

    Can't delete the Roku Camera

I am having the same issue with the Wireless Camera Doorbell. I'm getting notifications on my phone but I can't see the camera when I click on it, and it doesn't allow me to delete the device, the message that shows is "Fail". I have the new update, but for weeks before I received the error message, the app was logging me out constantly. My network is fine, I have an indoor camera, and that one is working fine. I hope you can kindly provide a solution as this is really frustrated. Thank you!

I have 3 cameras all the same model CS1000X, 2 of the cameras have firmware 6.0.0 build 10-FD and the last camera is running 3.0.2.8391. I have tried to update all 3 cameras and nothing. Powered cycled, factory reset. uninstalled the app and still have the same issue. Is there any way I can get the 3.0 to update to 6.0? here is a link to the photo's of the difference. between 2 of the camera's. camera with firmware 6.0.0 camera with firmware 3.0.2.8391

Camera taking hours on firmware update [solved]

I am trying to set up my cameras for the first time and am using the app to do so. Camera is now at 2 hours and still is showing a pulsing yellow light. It is NOT far from the WiFi, there are no other devices reflecting connectivity issues, and the signal is at full strength. I have already reset it once. What should I do next? [SOLVED]If you are experiencing this, hold your phone DIRECTLY TO the camera. It works immediately after. You can't even be standing 4 feet from it. Just put your phone next to it like you're doing tap to pay.
