Can't delete the Roku Camera

I am having the same issue with the Wireless Camera Doorbell. I'm getting notifications on my phone but I can't see the camera when I click on it, and it doesn't allow me to delete the device, the message that shows is "Fail".

I have the new update, but for weeks before I received the error message, the app was logging me out constantly. 

My network is fine, I have an indoor camera, and that one is working fine.

I hope you can kindly provide a solution as this is really frustrated.

    Thanks for sharing your concern about the Roku cameras that won't delete from the app. We’ll look into this.

    Please try the following:

    1. Check your mobile device's internet connection
    2. Update the Roku Camera and Smart Home app firmware
    3. Uninstall the app
    4. Delete it again

    I'm unable to delete the Camaras, I can't do anything on my phone regarding the cameras. It tells me I have videos but it just spins. Please help!
