Two Indoor Cameras have different Firmware Versions

has anybody came across this with their indoor wireless cameras. I have 3 cameras all the same model CS1000X, 2 of the cameras have firmware 6.0.0 build 10-FD and the last camera is running 3.0.2.8391.

I have tried to update all 3 cameras and nothing. Powered cycled, factory reset. uninstalled the app and still have the same issue. Is there any way I can get the 3.0 to update to 6.0?

here is a link to the photo's of the difference. between 2 of the camera's.

camera with firmware 6.0.0

camera with firmware 3.0.2.8391

    Hi saborfox,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We understand you are concerned about the firmware update on your Roku camera, as it was different from the firmware update on the other camera you had. We're happy to assist you further. Please be advised that the new firmware is not out to all cameras. Also it will only be going out to Wired indoor and outdoor cameras currently. Those cameras will auto-update when the firmware is available for them, so rest assured that when the new firmware is rolled out, it will automatically detect if there is a new update on the firmware.

Hope you'll find this info useful.

    Kind regards,
    John

thanks for the info, but if it is only for wired camera's how did i get it for the wireless camera's, and why did only 2 of the 3 get it. when they are the same model and type.
