Recover Camera Events from the Past 14 Days

Hello, I have indoor camera's, I thought my account had been hacked and I messed up by deleting my roku account and did a factory reset on my TV. I habe a subscription and need to know if my footage of the past 14 days can be recovered or is it gone forever? Im in the process of evicting roommate and really need the footage on there. If I can recover, what are the steps to recover it? Thanks in advance!

    You mentioned that you'd like to recover footage from the past 14 days on your Roku camera. 

    You can recover Roku camera footage from the past 14 days if you have an active Roku Smart Home Subscription, as recordings are stored in the cloud for that period. To access them, open the Roku Smart Home app, go to the "Events" tab, and download what you need. If you don’t have a subscription, footage is saved on a microSD card and can only be recovered if it hasn’t been erased. To check, remove the card and insert it into a computer.

      Thank you! Unfortunately I deleted account and everything is gone.

        Thanks for the update Andimae71​

        Just to confirm—did you create a new Roku account and link your Roku cameras to it? If so, please note that any video recordings previously stored in the cloud under your old Roku account are no longer accessible, as that account has been permanently deleted.
