Roku Bulb won't turn on after the firmware update

So I just got two bulbs for the same lamp. The top bulb works fine, but when I went to add the second bulb, it said there was a firmware update and it started to work, but then out of nowhere the lig...

This is effing ridiculous!!! I just experienced the same issue right out of the box! I'm glazing over with all the **bleep** your asking for! Take the effing bulb back and stick it where the sun don't shine!!!
