Cannot delete multiple recordings at once

I am trying to delete multiple camera recordings at once.  I push the pencil, select "select all", all the recordings get a check in the box next to them, but there is no button or anything that gives the option to delete or remove.

If I open each clip, one at a time, I see the garbage can and can delete that way, but it is not very efficient.

  • Having same issue.  The shown delete button is too low and hidden by the phone back button and in accessible

  • I've uninstalled this 3 times, and I'm on #4. I don't get anything after Select all.  Delete is below the touch line of the screen.  I've got 3 cameras, I was gonna get 2 more and maybe a docking station, but as of right now, I'm actively steering people away from buying anyone of them.  The connection is choppy at best. It freezes up at really inconvenient times.. As in when someone moves too fast. And then I gotta go video by video and delete 30 videos?  I'm trying one more reinstall, and then I'm done.  
    A lot to be said about a company that makes their Remotes black and small so they're easy to lose and their security cameras stark white so they stick out like a sore thumb

    Having trouble deleting multiple recordings in the Roku Smart Home app?

    Here's what you can try:

    1. Update the Roku Smart Home app to the latest version.
    2. If needed, uninstall and reinstall the app.
    3. To delete recordings:
      1. Open the Roku Smart Home app
      2. Tap the camera you want
      3. Tap the pencil icon (top right)
      4. Select clips individually or tap Select All
      5. Look for the trash icon to delete

    If the delete button doesn't show up, try scrolling through all clips first.

      This did not work.  I uninstall and reinstalled the app, made sure it was up to date and there is still no option to delete multiple recordings at one time.   I have scrolled all the way down, all the way up, and there is no trash icon or anything resembling an option to delete the recordings.

        It looks like that didn't work. To take a closer look, please provide us with the following details:

        • Firmware Version: (Tap your camera > Settings > Device Info > Firmware Version.)
        • Can you share a photo of the device label at the bottom of the camera?
        • Log ID (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log)
        • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far aside from removing and reinstalling the Roku Smart Home App?
