How to Contact Support by Email
How do you contact Roku Support by email? I’ve tried chatting with an agent twice tonight and both times their stellar agents left the chat with no resolution and no further follow-up.

Kindly visit our Roku Support page and choose the category of which department you would like to talk to from Roku. You should have the option to talk/chat/email with one of our live experts.

That's unfortunately not an option for Smart Home support. Following your link below and selecting Smart Home OR Wifi & Connectivity, click on Contact Us link, and you only have an option for phone calls or chatting with an agent. See the link below.
