    How do I add an app that will be included as a default in guest mode

    I add the Spectrum add to my home page, but when I switch to guest mode so that my guests can use it, it’s not there. How can I make it show up in guest mode so my guests don’t have to add it themselves .

    "Continue watching" shows things I'm not watching.

    So every week or so my Roku app selects random shows from Netflix for me to "keep watching." I haven't found a solution that permanently takes care of the problem. Some important things to note here. I live alone, and there is only one device I use to watch shows. I am also home most of the time, as I'm physically disabled, so the chances of someone else using my account are very slim. I do not share my Roku login with anyone, I have tried factory resets and logged myself out of all other devices multiple times, and even changed the email and password on my account. This has not fixed the issue. I do not have a Netflix subscription and I haven't for months. I have never heard of nor watched any of the shows in question. When I remove them from the "continue watching" section they immediately reappear. The shows frequently change as if someone actually is watching them. The continue watching section never shows options from apps I actually watch shows on, like Hulu or Apple TV. It only shows shows I have never watched on a single service that I don't have. At this point I'm not sure how to stop this from happening and responses I've seen to people having similar issues have been extremely unhelpful. I would greatly appreciate someone actually reading this post and responding to the problem I have instead of linking me a help article I've already read dozens of times trying to fix it. It's kind of freaking me out at this point.

    Recent changes on the Home Screen

    I would like to voice my extreme displeasure with what is happening on the home screen of my ROKU devices. It is very frustrating whenever some unsolicited, unwanted recommendation pops up on my home screen that I am required to “Hide” on each Roku device. I have eight (8) such devices in my home. What I do not have is time to go to each of them to undo or “Hide” something that should never have been there in the first place every time you make an update or new advertisement. This is very frustrating and annoying as I and many others have voiced in the past. When I have to maneuver around or disable a feature that has been forced onto my home screen on eight different devices, you can see the source of my frustration. Please consider this before you come up with another iteration of “Recommendation Rows” or “What to watch” or “My offers” or “Spiderwick Chronicles” or whatever you want to push.

    Lines in screen. Glitching green

    Horizontal lines showed up on my Roku onn TV about a month ago. It's there on everything. Now it's starting to flash white and green in some spots. My TV is only 2 years old. I've unplugged it. I've reset it. Nothing is helping.

    Roku Streaming Stick setup

    I did a factory reset of my Roku Streaming Stick HD on my LG TV. Now when I turn on the TV, it goes to the LG home screen and I have to hit the home button on the Roku streaming stick to get to the Roku home screen. Is there anyway I can get the Roku home screen to come up when I turn the TV on? There must be some setting that I messed up when I reset the streaming stick.

    Home screen Error: Subscription not exists or has expired

    Just started a couple days ago. I will be sitting on my Home Screen and in a few minutes the screen goes black and the following message is displayed. “Subscription not exists or has expired. Please launch this channel normally to subscribe” That’s it. That is all it says. I thinking it is not from Roku do to the grammatical error, but also doesn’t tell me what channel to launch. Once it is up, it stays there until I get rid of it. I have tried unplugging the Roku player and plodding it in again, no change. HELP!!!!!

    Sexual Movies appearing on recommendations

    Good afternoon, movies with sexual content have appeared in my recommendations again. I only use platforms like Netflix, Disney, Max, and Prime. I'm not interested in other platforms trying to push erotic movies when there are children in my house. Looking forward to a response.

    Como quito "La mejor selección para ti"?

    Llevo con mi Roku desde hace alrededor de 1 año y hoy es la primera vez que aparece en mi pantalla de inicio una nueva sección de "la mejor selección para ti", la cual incluye contenido que ni siquiera tiene que ver con lo que veo habitualmente y estorba en la pantalla de inicio. He intentado quitar la sección desde ajustes, pero simplemente no existe nada que permita dejar de ver está sección. Agradezco cualquier tipo de ayuda sobre el problema.

    TCL Roku TV stuck on logo screen

    TCL Roku 75" bought 11/15/2020. Worked perfectly this morning. Now it won't go past TCL Roku TV 4K HDR Screen. It restarts every 60 seconds. Status LED on bottom center of tv has slow steady blink while trying to start up. Already unplugged tv for over 5 minutes, same issue. Thanks in advance for any help!!!

    Roku Home Screen keeps on changing

    „Summer of streaming deals“ and such things are forcibly shown on my homescreen every other week, and I hate it. Please don’t be intrusive Roku, I don’t want to see these things! It’s always annoying having to go into settings>menu items and hiding these new items every other week. JUST STOP IT ROKU. I really want a universal opt-out of this kind of thing that’s changing my homescreen and forcing new items on it. Please leave me alone with this stuff. I’m not interested and never will be. Stop ruining the simplicity of my homescreen, and learn to take NO for an answer. I hide these items over and over again, and over and over again you bring something new back. I hate it!
