Audio video sync issue with tennis channel
OK....I am not a techy person. LIke everyone else the ROKU green tennis icon didn't work anymore, either on my Roku tv or on my desktop computer. I was able to remove the green tennis app icon and replace it with the black tennis app icon on my ROKU TV and computer. Thought I was doing ok but the audio and video are out of sync..this only occurs on the tennis channel. I have unplugged and disconnected everything and restarted both tv and internet. I do not subscribe to tennis channel plus but have accessibility through my Optimum cable tv provider for the free live tennis channel matches. I even had the cable company come and check all the wiring and connections, just in case it was that. no luck...You cannot remove the tennis channel and reinstall...when you push the * on the remote...you are not given that option. Over the weekend, the ARC on my R655 suddenly stopped working. I have unplugged the power cord and that ARC HDMI (as suggested with a different model) and reset factory audio and video settings on the menu, but the problem persist. Installed Roku streaming stik 4K model 3820R2 into HDMI port on Sanyo FW32D25T TV. Had nothing but problems. Tried to solve them with online suggestions but none of them have worked. Here's the rundown of problems: A box appears top left of screen scrolling thru input types. Will not stop scrolling and box will not leave screen unless... Volume acts up. No one has pressed the volume control on the Roku remote but the volume goes up and down. It's either on full or off. The volume indicator will not leave the screen. This option often segues back to #1 arbitrarily when you turn on the TV with the Roku remote. A new and more perplexing problem has taken over the TV. #1 above happens but there is nothing on the screen. Roku remote will turn on the television but it's a blank screen except for the scrolling of the input types. Nothing we've tried changes this new option. What am I doing wrong? Did I buy the wrong Roku product? What one is best for this TV? Or do I have to buy another TV--or both? Hi, I have a Vankyo E30T projector and a Roku Streaming Stick 4K. Vankyo does not appear on list of support devices and the streaming stick can't be set up. I've tried selecting ONN as the t.v and ROKU tv as the tv. Neither work. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? I just purchased the Streaming Stick 4K and cannot get the remote to pair. I have tried powering off and on, taking batteries out, etc. I cannot get the remote to sync to be able to use the system. We have used the non 4K stick before (3810X) with no issues. Roku no longer offers a stick that isn't 4K, so I purchased this one. I have an Emerson LTDN42V68US television (42" Class LCD 1080p 60Hz HDTV). From everything I have looked at, I think it should support this stick. Does anyone have any tips? Is my TV not compatible with this stick? I really hope I don't have to go to down to the Express. I prefer the stick so my kids don't lose it.
