Roku Player - Channel Guide "No Information"

I keep losing the channel information 

I have checked for updates, restarted the device, reset to factory settings still the problem persists 

if I switch between channel number and Roku recommended channel list they reappear and disappear a short while later and I have to change to channel number again for them to appear again and after a while they disappear again

    We know some of you are having trouble with the Channel Guide not showing any info on your Roku device. To help us figure this out, we’d like to get some more details from you.

    For better visibility and reference, we'll mark this post as solved.

    Send us these details:

      • Device info (Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker and GC (Home 5x, Back 5x)
      • Channels & zip code
      • Send us a picture of what you're seeing.
      • Which specific app(s) are affected? Is it just Live OTA TV that's affected, or are streaming apps also impacted?

    Also, let us know:

    1. Which Live TV channels are affected? Are they all live antenna channels or Streaming channels as well?
    2. How many channels are having the issue?
    3. When exactly does the issue happen? As soon as you open the channel?
    4. How long does the issue last?
    5. Which apps are affected? Is it just a live antenna TV channel, or are streaming apps impacted too?

    Why do I keep getting No Information when I try to view what's on a channel. I have unplugged and re-plugged in my Roku, I have Roku Express . This has been going on for days now. I have checked for updates and as of today I have version 14.1.4 and build 7709. I have also restarted several times. I do not have cable I use an indoor antenna. My internet connection is fine. Once I restart then the screen shows the channel line up and information but if I leave Roku and go to my antenna viewing and come back to Roku I get NO INFORMATION again.

      This is NOT resolved. Look at all the folks having the same problem. It is evident that is at ROKU's end and not the consumer. Check your programming ROKU. Someone in your IT department must be sleeping.

      "no information" problem keeps coming up time after time.  Also, suddenly there appears Tiles above the guide when before there were none, just the guide.  Something updated and messed this all up?
