It appears you're having trouble with the Howdy app—it keeps asking you to sign in and has charged you twice.
Just a heads-up: the Howdy app doesn’t need a sign-in. It works the same way as the Roku channel and is linked to your Roku account.

Are you certain there aren't devices linked to your Roku account that you're unaware of? Check by logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.
In any case, contact support at https://support.roku.com and they should be able to get to the bottom of it.
