Can't access PBS series or movies, even with a subscription.
I have setup account with PBS Masterpiece....but I still cannot watch any of their mysteries, detective series and movies......so does setting up a subscription of PBS Masterpiece still not give you access to the mystery & detective series and movies they offer?
Charged for App that doesn't exist
I attempted to try the Tennis Drills and Tips Library - it did not show a price so I thought it was just another app you could try - downloaded the app and it says "No longer available. You may want to remove it from your Home Screen"- I have a picture of the message. Then i saw that ROKU charged me 2.99 - so I emailed and they gave the usual - "we dont refund app charges - final sale etc. So I asked the Chat Bot got the same blah blah - It is ILLEGAL to offer and charge for something that you don't / can't really offer. I cannot get anyone on the phone - and I have been a customer for 15+ years - have not waivered. It is not the money - it is justnot legal or fair - Please credit the 2.99 so I can continue to trust Roku.
Weather4Us Subscription issue
I am so finished with weather4us... ...unless, their payment method is changed from PayPal. I don't, and never will, have a PayPal account. And, I don't have a cell phone, and hope to never have one. This is the criteria to get a subscription with weather4us even to watch it on a TV ROKU app. It's just as easy to go elsewhere for weather info. And, I just remembered looking at weather4us on a friend's phone, and the screen shot was so small without the capability of zooming in. Has anyone else noticed this using the app on a cell phone?
BritBox Subscription Upgrade Error message
I’m using the Britbox app with my subscription. I tried to upgrade to “premium” inside the app but received the following message: “This Britbox account is associated with a different ROKU pay account. Please login with your ROKU account to manage your subscription”. However, I’m logged into my ROKU account account already and my subscription is through ROKU. What does this message actually mean?
