    HDHomeRun Roku App not loading "Channel Crashes" on a TCL RokuTV

    Another bump, this TCL/RokuTV still has the issue with HDHomeRun app not loading and it still doesn't see the RokuOS update.

    Roku 3rd party apps: Log-in issues

    How can we log issues for channel apps? For example the HDHomeRun app on Roku has malformed data error. How do we find out what the issues is so that it can be fixed. The HDHomeRun support says it is Roku and there is nothing they can do? If we don't know the issues of the malformed data error how can it be fixed? This should be an option to be able to get these logs from the apps installed.

    Unable to log in to the Fox Nation app on the Roku Ultra.

    I cannot get the FoxNation channel to accept my credentials on my Roku Ultra. The steps I took are: 1) Log in with email 2) Change email from address associated with Roku account to email associated with FoxNation 3) Enter password I am then prompted to select a streaming plan - Yearly or monthly I uninstalled the channel. I restarted the Roku Ultra. Nothing so far helped. FoxNation works on web browser, FireStick, phone app. Basically everywhere but on the Roku

    How to log in to the CBS account on Roku?

    I have account at CBS.com. I'm suppose to be able to connect web site account to Roku device. There are only 5 spaces to enter. Where do I find the number on my Roku device to enter on the CBS.com account? Thank you Kathy Battershell

    xfinity stream won't let me log in

    I have 3 different Roku devices, a Roku TV and two sticks. My cable provider is Xfinity, and for almost a year the xfinity stream app worked flawlessly on all devices. i came back from a 2 week vacation, and on all 3 devices, it made me log in again. However, we got into an endless loop of it making me enter a code in Xfinity, and then the sign in page comes back up again, repeat. i have tried all the suggested solutions, including uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity stream app on all 3 units, resetting the internet connection and resetting Roku to factory resets. same issue, endless loop of Xfinity codes, then going back to sign-in page without ever getting to a login page. nothing changed on my end but time. any ideas? n

    Trying to Access Fox News

    I have added the app for Fox News and now it's asking me to connect to my service provider. I'm using Verizon Home Internet as my internet provider. When I log into Verizon Home through the app, is tells me that it's obtaining my account information and the little wheel just spins, nothing else. Any Ideas? Thanks.

    DIRECTV app login problem

    I cannot log into the DIRECTV app via my Roku device. I have removed the app and downloaded it multiple times. I have also updated my password via the DIRECTV website. No change as I still get the same error. Any suggestions?

    Using an existing Roku already hooked up

    My tv has a roku hooked up, which my daughter left. She disabled her account. We are getting some basic channels. Do I need a password to add more channels, or do i just make passwords as needed as I purchase channels such as netflix?

    Peacock login credential error

    What a mess! It's like I'm caught in some kind of feedback loop. I get a notification that my password is not recognized and directs me to to the Peacock site and they don't recognize my email. Well, at least I'm older and wiser now. Glad I only signed up for 1 month so it only costs $8.

    Starz login credentials issue

    I cannot log into STARZ with my TV provider credentials. I do not even get the option. The only options are to pay for a subscription. Can anyone help me?
