Paramount+ login and subscription issue
We have a paid annual subscription to Paramount+ that will renew in May 2026. I’m signed in (it gives me the option to sign out)… since I have a current subscription it does not give me the option to delete the app to try reinstalling. But it won’t let me get to any shows or movies. It only gives me 3 options… Start Free Trial, Sign Out, or Connect Provider.Crave subscription not working
I've signed out multiple times. Reached out crave support as roku support is impossible to connect with. My roku is under my email crave has worked precious months never had a problem. This month can't get in. I've done every trouble shooting thing I can Google and found on FAQ. Crave support say its connected thru roku. But from there end it looks like a hold has been put on it?? Doesn't make sense. I paid the premium asbi have a roku express. Been without now 6 days please someone help
Log-in issue in the Starz app with the TV provider
If you are having a problem logging into Starz, go to your profile (If you can get there. I took me ages) and check that your email address is the same as the one for tv provider. If not, logout and you should get the option to login with your provider credentials. This worked for me.
HBO MAX subscription through Roku
I am unable to login to HBO MAX on any other device. It says my username or password is incorrect. But it is my roku user name and password. Anyone else having this issue? How do I resolve this? The Roku chatbot was not helpful. Is there actual phone support from a human being? That would be a novel concept
