Syfy app "link provider" link not working

When trying to link my provider on the syfy app, it tells me to go to syfy.com/roku, but that link comes up "Page Not Found". So I haven't been able to link my provider. Any ideas?

Thanks for this. I did end up logging into NBC and watching through there. It's just weird that no one seems to be managing this. Weird.

Thanks for the update. The error message you see, saying "Page not found," is caused by the link error itself. We’re glad you are now logged in to NBC. If anything else pops up, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

    Welcome, tagsit68

It seems you're having trouble connecting the Syfy app to your provider. Would you mind sharing any information with us?

    • Is this your first time linking the Syfy app to your provider?
    • Have you attempted to use a different browser?

You can also reach out to the app provider for further assistance. You may contact them here!

  • This is my first time trying to link the Syfy app to my provider. I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers. It's just a link that doesn't work.

Interestingly, I went to their page to report a broken link and it directed me to syfy.com/feedback, which also gave me the "Page Not Found" error. Maybe their site is just down?

      Thanks for the update, tagsit68!

Have you also tried on a different mobile device and see if you can open the site from there?

Let us know if that works!
