    Endless repeat of the same commercials

    Why do you insist on playing the same commercials over and over? Because of these commercials, I would never watch the shows you are advertising! Makes it kind of pointless it doesn't it?

    Hi, why am I seeing ads on home screen? I didn't buy giant billboard here if the ads are showing with in apps sure but even on Home Screen ?

    Hey Roku, its been months now people have been asking you to remove or hide "Top Picks For You" on the live TV screen. It's time to listen to your customers. You let us hide suggestions on the home screen. Show us you care about us, huh?

    Can we stop horror ads on family shows?

    Looooong time Roku user, just started watching some shows on Roku Channel... Why is seemingly every ad, for a shoe I want to watch with my kid, Great American Baking Show, just scary horror movie ads??? Middle of the day, family friendly show, I've never once even watched a horror movie on any Roku device. Probably won't watch their channel again now. Real miss.

    No Audio with HD-Homerun Roku App

    Hi, I had the same problem... went into the Roku settings/digital output format/Custom/DTS and turned it on. That fixed it on two different Roku models and two different TV manufacturers.

    Credits screen minimizing and going black on streaming services

    Has there been any progress on this issue??? Its been going on for several years and it is extremely frustrating that it is still happening and that Roku apparently doesn't care about it.

    Spotify shows as playing but no sound.

    The issue is pretty self explanatory, Spotify shows as playing music on both the phone app and my PC but there is no sound coming from the TV. I can watch Netflix etc without any sound issues and I can play spotify on my phone and PC with no issues either but as soon as I transfer it to the TV, there's no sound. I've made sure there is volume on the TV. If I adjust the volume through my phone I can hear it on the TV, I just cant hear any of the songs. I've deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times. I've logged out and logged back in. I've changed the wifi and retested the connection. I've deleted the app on the TV then launched it through my phone and still nothing. I've also checked that the sound settings on the TV are correct, which they are. I honestly don't know what else I can try. It used to play music without any issues but within the past couple of weeks it changed.

    Gotham sports crashing and kicks back to the home screen

    gotham sports isnt working, when i open it crashes, i have tried restarting the system, updating everything, clearing cache. It only "works" when i had to log in after deleting the app, once i logged in i got kicked out again, happening on 3 devices.

    Spotify not working

    When I opened up my spotify it shows a white screen with the words "Server returned HTIP status 401" in the top left corner. I checked for any updates on the app and then removed it. I readded it and updated the system also restarting the roku. Still is showing the white screen. Please help!

    Hulu recordings no longer appear in "My stuff"

    My recorded shows(less than 9 months old) no longer appear on the my stuff section on hulu thru roku ultra. They appear on my phone and tablet so not a.hulu issue.
