Hulu recordings no longer appear in "My stuff"

My recorded shows(less than 9 months old) no longer appear on the my stuff section on hulu thru roku ultra.  They appear on my phone and tablet so not a.hulu issue.

    I have had a problem with Hulu recordings on Roku and other devices for most of 2025. I have contacted their support twice now. A month ago they told me it was a known, large scale issue affecting many users. They credited my account for a month’s service. A month later, nothing has changed except they will only give me a 7 day credit for failing to provide the cloud recordings we pay for. There is no urgency whatsoever on their part to repair the issue or retain customers.

      Thanks for sharing your concern with us regarding the Hulu recordings, and I understand your concern.

      For this to be addressed, it is advised to continue working with their support team, as app providers directly manage their app, including the fixes on their app.

        This does not work on any device any longer, Roku, PC, Samsung TV! MY Stuff DVR Recordings are gone from all Platforms.

      I, likewise, have had the problem all year, I’ve called Hulu.  Was on the phone for hours, but the issue wasn’t resolved.  Approximately once every two weeks, my recording tab will show up and my recordings are there.  I am about to leave Hulu.  Any other more reliable apps/companies with reliable recordings?

        It has been a few years since I’ve used it, but Sling also offers unlimited DVR service and on demand content as well as live streaming channels.

        Hulu never resolved my issue. I could never access my recordings. I have canceled my Hulu Live, still considering whether or not I need live streaming channels.

    It's Hulu's app.  Everything about it is their responsibility.

        I have , Roku after being sold to Disney fired 7000 employees in USA. They moved all technical to China. At this time Hulu are working on making HULU in Disney Plus and are not working on the My Stuff DVR issue that is corrupting peoples accounts at all!!. There is only one solution, recreate your PROFILE as your old one is DAMAGED

    Unfortunately, after unsuccessful conversations with Hulu over a period of six months, and never getting our old recordings back, we discontinued our service. We signed up with YouTube TV.  So far, it’s working great.

    The issue now effects every device Hulu is on! MYStuff Recording will not LOAD! ON ANY DEVICE! They are aware of this issue forever 6mos, no FIX! Youtube is looking better daily!
