    Roku Ultra 4K Playback Error

    "Playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors" in PLEX App while using Roku Ultra 4K Streaming using "HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO". Reinstalled, rebooted still error. Plays fine through other PCs.

    YouTube App Not working on Roku HiSense TV

    My son has a roku Hisense tv and it’s working he’s able to get on other apps and use them except for YouTube. He has restarted the roku tv twice, then he updated the device and apps. Still wasn’t working. However the app is working on my roku device in my room right across from his that’s 6 feet away. I don’t have a roku tv but a streaming stick. So after that didn’t work he removed the YouTube app and can’t add it back on the roku tv. He tried 3 times and says cannot add app right now. What do we do to fix this he’s always on YouTube. Anyone having these issues, I had to come to the roku site just to get some help. Please help, thank you!

    Sling TV app will not load up. All other apps are working.

    I'm here yet again making the same complaint about a different app (Paramount+, not Sling this time) that is not working correctly on Roku, and Roku only. The Paramount+ app is not working on my Roku or my roommate's Roku. We both have the same device model. My subscription with Paramount+ through Amazon Prime is still active and I CAN watch shows through Prime on my Roku. I can also watch Paramount+ through their Paramount+ app on my XBox Series X (just like before when I had similar problems with my Sling app on Roku only, almost a year ago). Is this because Roku is trying to interject some into my Paramount+ streaming service or something? Are you trying to interject some commercials or something? Yes, I've done the requisite testing that a software engineer would do ... since I am a software engineer. This is a problem with Roku not letting Paramount+'s app run correctly. Or, it could also be that Paramount+ made a change to their app that is failing on some of, but probably not all of, Roku's device Fix it. Again.

    Paramount plus buffering

    I have two TCL Roku tvs. Whenever I watch Paramount plus on those two tvs I always get buffering. When I watch the TVs that use the 4k stick or the Roku soundbar I do not get buffering. I have done all of the troubleshooting that was suggested by Paramount plus but I think it really is something with the TVs. This is the only streaming app that this happens with. Please help.

    PBS app fails on some shows

    I have a Roku ultra, and have problems with the PBS app when trying to view some shows. I can sucessfully view many PBS shows from my Roku. I have updated the PBS app to version 5.9. I have restarted the Roku. I still get the same failure. If I try to view the same show using my PBS app on my Sony TV, I can successfully get to the show. So it seems to be that there must be some bug in the Roku PBS app. Here are the details of my failure: I start the PBS app on Roku- and then select the show 'Colorado Experience'. This show has many seasons. If I select 'season 5', it then brings up a list of the episodes for that season. If I just leave it on that screen for several seconds, it just reverts back to main Roku screen with the array of apps. If I move to the right on that screen to try to scroll thru the list of episodes - it will not allow me to move down off the 1st episode. It just ignores the 'down button' from the remote. If I 'ok' to watch the 1st episode - then it just reverts back to the main Roku screen with the array of apps. I can successfully watch episodes from newer seasons of 'Colorado Experience' using Roku - the problem seems to be related to the older seasons. But I can successfully watch these older seasons (such as season 5) if I use my PBS app on my Sony TV. Any ideas?

    Video quality on Insignia Roku TV

    By the looks at the last two digits of this TV it is 2018 model year. I have never ever been able to watch 4K without the picture totally washed out, like white out. Absolutely terrible. Tried watching tonight’s Direct TV streaming broadcast of the allstar game as it was broadcast in 4K on Direct TV but the same! It’s like watching in a snow storm! Tried chat…… don’t waste your time it’s an absolute waste! I have seen other postings of this issue Please help, someone! Just use the TV for streaming. I would really like to see what it looks like. Should have purchased a LG TV.

    The Roku app for iPhone not locating my Roku Ultra

    I downloaded the Roku app for my iPhone years ago. I installed it for ONE PURPOSE ONLY, to use as a remote when I have misplaced my Roku remote. Ever since I upgraded to the Roku Ultra, i have not been able to use the iPhone app as a remote because the app can't find my Roku player. It has no problem seeing the old Roku TV my son has nor the Roku 4 that is in the family room. Why is this? Thank you for your time, Mike Schiavone

    Roku 4K Stick takes 30 minutes to connect to Tablo

    I got the Roku 4k stick and 4th Gen 2-tuner Tablo about 9 months ago. Both worked great but recently when I select the Tablo app from Roku I get a screen saying Tablo Connecting to Tablo. When this first happened, I thought something was hung up. So I restarted/power cycled the Roku and Tablo. It did not fix the issue. I decided to let it continue with connecting to see if eventually it would. It did but it can take 30-45 minutes to connect. I don't have any problems with the Tablo or Roku once the Roku connects to the Tablo. Anyone experience this connecting issue and have a solution?
