Plex app sidebar missing and server reset blocked after the app update

Since the new app updated on my Roku's I have retired an old server.  All of the devices that were directed to use it as a default now don't allow resetting of the customization applied when I started. I have tried every button to find where I can reset it without success, and have deleted the app and reinstalled but it picks up all of the information from the previous cache.  Put the option to reset it back into the menu!
