Qwest app won't load on TCL Roku TV

The Qwest app won't  load on my TCL 55 or TCL 65 inch tv. I tried uninstalling it and restarting the tv but all I get is a little circle spinning and then it goes back to the home screen. Does anyone have any suggestions?
