Google Photo View on Roku
Is anyone still able to successfully use Photo View on any Roku streaming device? I know this app has lots of issues recently. I'm trying to find anyone that is still able to use the app and what Roku device you have so I know which one to purchase. I am elderly with vision problems and REALLY use this app to show and view my beloved photos. Thank you.
New Home Screen Trial - How Do I Make My Apps Default?
How can I have my apps* as the default? It was the default until I tried the new home feature, and then when I went out of testing it has this new screen at the top. I now have to scroll down one in order to get to my apps. I want My Apps to be defaulted. Please help.
YouTube App Not working on Roku HiSense TV
My son has a roku Hisense tv and it’s working he’s able to get on other apps and use them except for YouTube. He has restarted the roku tv twice, then he updated the device and apps. Still wasn’t working. However the app is working on my roku device in my room right across from his that’s 6 feet away. I don’t have a roku tv but a streaming stick. So after that didn’t work he removed the YouTube app and can’t add it back on the roku tv. He tried 3 times and says cannot add app right now. What do we do to fix this he’s always on YouTube. Anyone having these issues, I had to come to the roku site just to get some help. Please help, thank you!
Acorn on Roku missing half of episodes
We wanted to watch Foyle’s War and foolishly signed up for Acorn on the Roku channel. Big mistake! It only has the first two episodes of season 1, though all are clearly available on Acorn itself. Now we realize that what we’re paying Roku for isn’t a real subscription to Acorn and we can’t log onto the actual Acorn channel. (Also the video quality on the Roku channel is horrible-looks like something filmed in the 1970s.). Very disappointed in Roku!Apple TV+ 1-month Free Trial
Has anyone else tried redeeming the one month free trial of Apple TV+? I've tried several times, with old Apple TV account and tried with new account, and I wasn't getting the 1 month free trial offer. With new account, only the 7 days free. I've chatted with Roku, with no solution, then referred me to Apple Customer Service. Apple seemed unaware of the Roku offer, so, then referred me back to Roku. I wasn't getting anywhere with either one. The free trial is until June 26.
