Login 6 digit pin and paraphrase???
I just downloaded an app for Empire Access TV for a new TV. The app comes up, and to get in it’s asking for a six digit login number and then a Passphrase. I have no idea what these should be. No other apps I’ve downloaded asked for these two pieces of information. If I have to login with these, how do I establish them in Roku??11Views0likes2CommentsiHeartRadio app keeps signing out
Hello, In the last few weeks, the iheartradio roku app has started signing me out. When I sign back in, it logs me out again after a day or so. I've tried restarting my Roku Ultra - 4802R, but this doesn't help. I use a long, complicated password, so having to do reenter it again and again via the on-screen keyboard is annoying. Opened the AMC app (not +) to watch the latest episode of TDW: DD. I repeatedly get this error message "check your internet connection 504_timeout". The app is currently up to date. I deleted then reinstalled the app, and still get that error. Even signed out & back in to my Optimum account. Network connection is "good". I have no problem watching the LIVE stream. My Roku has recently started having issues when watching shows on any app (Prime Video, Paramount, Hulu, etc) where it "skips" the last couple minutes of an episode and it won't advance to the next. When I say skip, it's like the old days where a CD or vinyl would have a scratch and it would just play the same part over and over. The end of an episode won't finish, but it won't move on to the next episode. I have tried every troubleshooting suggestions, even going as far as doing a factory reset. As stated above. My censored.tv app plays for 4 mins and then goes back to home screen. network reset? Doesnt help. factory reset doesnt help. tv restart and deleting app and reinstalling does not help. pulling power cord? I see there have been other threads over the last couple of years about this. I don't frequently use roku for Spotify - but do occasionally. I've never had this problem before and now I suddenly do. Not a fan of the "related videos" popping up between every song on an album either. But the hardest part is the end of a song (songs??) getting chopped off. Why is this happening? It's not even a playlist, it's an artist's album. I checked to see if the Spotify app required updating - nope, up to date. Which wasn't a surprise, because it looks different today than when I last saw it (including the annoying "related videos" as mentioned above. i would ask how to fix this but if this question has been asked for two years... is there even a fix? Anyone else having this problem (suddenly?) in 2025? For clarification, the final song on the album I was listening to before making this post stopped 4 seconds early. And it was extremely noticeable as there's no silence at the end of this particular song. But I've just tried another album and it didn't happen. Then I tried a third, and it did. if it's relevant, my settings in my Spotify account specify zero cross-fade and such, no autoplay, and such.9Views1like0Comments
