    Roku Channel Won't Play Anything At All

    I launch Roku Channel. I choose a movie, ANY movie. Movie synopsis displays. I choose play. Movie synopsis refreshes and movie does not play. I also have a Roku/Starz subscription. Same thing. Synopsis page just refreshes when I choose play. This happens for EVERY movie on Roku. So at this point NOTHING will play. I have checked for Roku update. System is up to date. Model 3920X - Roku Premiere, Software Version 11.0.0 build 4193-91

    Cable Channels Missing they just disappeared

    On a 2 day old TCL TV. I have already had to do a factory rest just to sign-in to Disney+ Day before yesterday I had my normal 130 cable channels (not antenna, no cable box). Yesterday I have lost over 100 channels. I have rescanned, reset & everything else. The unchecking streaming channels in the guide doesn't work either. My old tv & the neighbors tv still have all the channels. Please stop messing with the turner setting's, you never get them right & always screw something up. It's bad enough after all these years there is still no number buttons on the remote because you think everything should be streaming, I have purchased 6 Roku TV's in the past 2 yrs. for my own home as well as my rentals. Unless Roku starts upping their game this will be the last Roku Device I ever buy.

    Says not enough memory to run YouTube even though had been

    we have removed channels we don't use. Our connection is good as checked it. trying to figure out how to fix this issue. would love a person to help but can't find any way to do so Maybe someone here knows what to do

    The Roku Channel is temporarily unavailable on Samsung TV

    On my Samsung QN90AA-50 using the Roku app, none of the on-demand content can be viewed. It shows the Spinning Circle of Serenity until it finally times out. Most of the live streaming channels show a black screen with the program information and the transport bar (no sound either). Every now and then a commercial will show and then back to the black screen. A few streaming channels like This Old House Classic still work, but not the current This Old House channel or the Dateline channel. I have deleted and re-installed the app twice with no change. Other streaming apps work fine (SamsungTV and Amazon). The app worked fine a month or two ago when I last used it.

    The Roku Channel on Firestick won’t play any shows

    Different guy here but the same problem. I have been using Roku on my Firestick for over a year but in the last 2 weeks, it won't allow my shows to start. The Roku page comes up with my name, then I select a show and it comes up to its homepage but when I click to start or resume, it says "Playback unavailable at this time, try back in a few minutes" or "Playback not allowed". I have verified my internet connections and bandwidth, I have restarted my Firestick, I have logged out of Roku and logged back in but I still have the same problem.

    Channel numbers not showing up Roku tv

    My channel numbers are not showing up on my roku tv. I just noticed this. Will they be brought back or is this permanent .I turned off my set and turned back on and went menu and clicked on live tv, but it's still not showing channel numbers, any suggestions? Danny V.

    Audio video sync issue with tennis channel

    OK....I am not a techy person. LIke everyone else the ROKU green tennis icon didn't work anymore, either on my Roku tv or on my desktop computer. I was able to remove the green tennis app icon and replace it with the black tennis app icon on my ROKU TV and computer. Thought I was doing ok but the audio and video are out of sync..this only occurs on the tennis channel. I have unplugged and disconnected everything and restarted both tv and internet. I do not subscribe to tennis channel plus but have accessibility through my Optimum cable tv provider for the free live tennis channel matches. I even had the cable company come and check all the wiring and connections, just in case it was that. no luck...You cannot remove the tennis channel and reinstall...when you push the * on the remote...you are not given that option. The audio video sync is just fine when I access TC on my laptop....HELP! At my wit's end in NJ

    Paramount+ Flashing Black Screen Fix

    When watching shows on the Paramount+ app, I would continually get a flashing black screen while the audio kept working. The way I fixed it was by continuously clearing the ‘Continue Watching’ on the Roku Home Screen every time before I started up the Paramount+ app. I think this was introduced when that update was rolled out

    Roku Ultra has intermittent green flashes

    Has anyone ever gotten this issue solved by Roku support? The last post on this is two years old. I don't see any fixes for this problem on this forum, just questions from Roku on model/serial numbers one is using. There seems to be a correlation with Sony TVs and Dolby Vision use. Thanks!

    Roku TV screen is going black

    Completely fed up and dissatisfied with roku tvs. I've had to get 3 different tvs within a year because for whatever reason the screen magically goes black and can't fix itself. Company is truly a disgrace and doesn't help anyone just has them replace the tvs. support1
