Says not enough memory to run YouTube even though had been

we have removed channels we don't use. Our connection is good as checked it.

trying to figure out how to fix this issue. 

would love a person to help but can't find any way to do so 

Maybe someone here knows what to do

  • Try the "clear the cache" routine:

    On your Roku remote, press Home 5 times, Up arrow once, Rewind (<<) twice, and FF (>>) twice.  If you do it properly, your Roku device should reboot on its own.
