    Hey everyone! We've received reports about the Roku Live TV having a "Network error" issue. Status update: We believe that the issue is now resolved. If you're still experiencing the problem, try performing a software update. Press Home on your Roku remote Scroll and select Settings Select System Select Software update Select Check Now to manually check for updates Then, try launching the Live TV guide again and see if you can now stream on it.     [Solved] Roku TV Stuck on ACR Agreement? Here’s How to Fix It

    Hey everyone, If your Roku TV is stuck on the “Smart TV Experience” or ACR agreement screen, here are a few things you can try: Use your Roku TV remote (not a universal remote). If you don’t have the remote, try using the Roku mobile app as a remote. If you’re using an IR remote, pop in some fresh batteries. For Voice Remotes or Voice Remote Pro: → Unplug the TV for 10 seconds → Plug it back in → Re-pair the remote → Try accepting the prompt again Still stuck? You can also manage it directly online: Go to my.roku.com and log in Head to Privacy Settings → Smart TV Experience To opt in, toggle to "Yes" To opt out, toggle twice to return to "No" (this is needed because the default looks like "No" even before a choice is made) Once you save the setting, it’ll sync automatically and should remove that screen from your Roku TV.     [Solved] Can't Log Into Smart Home App – Username/Password Error

    Hey everyone, We’re aware of an issue where users are getting a "username or password doesn't match our records" error when trying to log into the Roku Smart Home app. Status: We believe the issue is now resolved. To resolve this issue, try this step-by-step: First, uninstall the Roku Smart Home app from your device. Open the Google Play Store, search for "Roku Remote", and install "The Roku App (Official)". Then, search for "Roku Smart Home" and reinstall it — just don’t open it yet. Launch the Roku App (Official) and go through the sign-in process. Make sure to sign in with the same account you use for Smart Home. Now open the Roku Smart Home app. You should see a Home screen with a Continue button. Go ahead and tap it. On the next screen, look for the button that says something like “Sign in as [your email]”. Tap it to finish signing in. Thank you! -Roku Community Team

    [Solved] Speakers/Streambar Not Connecting After Update

    Hey everyone! We've received reports that certain Roku speakers and soundbars are experiencing connection issues following a recent update. Status update 10/15: We believe the issue is now resolved. If you experience this issue, follow these steps. Update the device (Go to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now) Attempt to repair the speakers. (Settings > Remotes & devices > Set up a new device > select Wireless speakers If you're still having issues, perform a factory reset to the (speakers only) and try again.     [Solved] Plex app playback issues after an update

    Hey everyone! We've seen some folks reporting the Plex app with picture quality issues and frequent stuttering after the update. Status update 10/01: We believe the issue should be resolved now. To make sure, please update the channel by highlighting the Plex app on your Home Screen, pressing the * (star) button on your remote, and selecting “Check for updates.” If the issue continues, please share your serial number/Device ID and Plex app build version (you can find it the same way, highlight the app and press the * button).
