Wifi connectivity issues - need advice

Hi fellow Roku users,

I've seen almost 100 posts on frustration from connectivity issues. I've had the same. My first Roku lasted 5 months. My second Roku lasted 3 days. What I haven't seen is what you have done? Did you switch to Firefox? Ditch your now useless Roku? Attempt to send it back if it's under warranty ? (good luck with that by the way). I tried 8 times to send an email to Roku only to be met with "oops something went wrong on our end. Try again". Just wondering what everyone is using now to stream??

Firefox is a web browser.  I think you meant Firestick.
