Unable to connect to WiFi; signs strength is Excellent though.

Having the same problem. No support from Roku. Was working last night fine then will not connect all though all other streaming devices are working fine. Have done ALL of the troubleshooting suggested with still no fix. You’d think a company would have a support team to help when their product fails. Instead all we can do is post about how our device isn’t working. You’d think in 2024 they would have better service.

We love to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing on Roku since it will not connect to your Wi-Fi. May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify) Are you getting any error messages or codes? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
