I can’t connect my Roku with the new WiFi and I can’t find someone to help me in Roku. I added the password so many times that I can’t connect. I restarted the device and is giving me the same error “unable to connect to wireless network” I need help 😞
What is the model number of the Roku device (from Settings/System/About)?
Also, what is router model number and ISP (internet service provider)? Assuming since this is new wifi, this may be a new router from the one you had previously.
Try these procedures if your Roku isn't connecting to your new WiFi:
1) Restart both your router and Roku.
2) Verify that the WiFi password you are typing is accurate.
3)Verify whether additional devices are linked to the same network.
4) Try a new WiFi band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) or move the Roku closer to the network.
5) Reset Roku's network settings (Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Network connection reset) if the problem continues.
