Since late March 2023, I've had a Roku Ultra 4802X model connected via ethernet to my current modem-router (m-r), which also connects to two computers and other items via ethernet cables. Haven't had any trouble/issues for more than 3 months. Then, one night the Ultra works, and when I try to use the next night, it can't find a wired/ethernet connection (error 012). In addition, the ethernet port on the back of the Ultra has an amber light shining; this light is on even when no cable is plugged in. I've tried all the usual things--unplugged/replugged cable on Ultra and on m-r, used different connection ports on the m-r, changed cables, restarted Ultra and m-r multiple times, checked for software updates, even did a factory reset on the Ultra--but no luck. (WiFi works fine, but I'd rather use ethernet whenever possible.) So, does the amber light on the back of the Ultra mean the port is the problem, and if so, is there anything I can do to fix it (or is the only way to use ethernet again replacing the entire Ultra)?
