When I first got my Roku TV it took me a while but I was able to connect my tv to the wifi. My tv just disconnected me from it randomly today and won’t let me back in. Each time I try to connect it says it is unable to connect to the internet and it won’t ask me if I’m in a dorm or hotel anymore. I restarted it and unplugged and replugged it and it’s still not working.
I don't know if it will help, but try "Network connection reset". I think it's located under the "Advanced system settings". Note that if you go to the extreme of factory resetting your TV you'll have to set it up on something like your phone's hotspot before you'll be able to get the Hotel/Dorm option back.
Still no fix. I've read so many threads about it that my eyes are crossing. I can't believe Roku can't fix this problem. I'm saddened and ashamed. I've been a Roku customer for 9 yrs. I can't believe they can't fix this
