Roku Express will not stay connected to wifi

I have restarted, redid my network connection and factory reset this thing a million times and it will not stay connected to the internet.  When I connect to my network it says it's connected with excellent signal strength and when I open any streaming app 2 seconds later it will say there is no connection.  All the articles you have just say to restart it or make 0 sense, so can someone please tell me how to fix this it's been like this for a month now and all our other devices work just fine.  Also if the fix is in anyone technical or complicated please explain it to me like I'm 4.

Lets start with the Roku model number (from Settings/System/About), the router model number, and your ISP (internet service provider).

If you perform a connection test from within the Roku, what is the "internet download speed" being reported? (Settings/Network/Check Connection)

What wireless channel is the Roku using? (you can see this from the connection test above, or go to Settings/Network/About)
