Roku won’t connect to my wifi. It stopped working mid show. Re entered wifi password, restarted roku, unplugged, tried everything again. Multiple times. Wifi shows in the list but won’t actually connect. Issue is with both of my Roku express devices. No other wifi issues with anything else in the house.

We have been having the same problem all day.  Both Roku boxes.  Internet is working fine on all other devices.

@Chrisjay  That’s the name. What is the model number. It’s stamped on the outside of your device. It’s also under settings/ system/ about

Ok so the 3930 is the base model Roku Express. It can only connect on the 2.4 GHz WiFi b,g,n. Sometimes ISPs push out updates to their modems which can change how the 2.4 GHz WiFi works. So you are going to have to change your modem settings to work with your Roku. Who’s your ISP?
