In addition to what @Ello2022 has said, please be advised that channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since you got the error message within the Netflix channel, we would recommend contacting Netflix Support to report the issue and get help. If the suggestions provided in the link above didn't resolve the issue, they will be able to further assist you.
