'm trying to set up a Roku stick and when I enter my email address (the one I'm using for this account) I get a message that Roku can't reach me via email. What is going on here?

In the meantime, we recommend using an alternate email address and network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you're able to activate your Roku device.
