- Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
- What do you see on your screen when connecting to your network? (before putting the network credentials)
- What error message/code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after putting the network credentials)
- How far is your device from your network router?
- Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
In the meantime, try selecting the 2.4 GHz band of your network for all your Roku devices and see if the connection stabilizes. If so, it could just be an interference or strength issue.
