As @Strega2 indicated, try changing your wifi password (in your router) to something simple with no special characters (just use numbers and letters) and shorten it if currently using as lengthy one.
Then restart the router and Roku device again and see if now able to connect.
On routers/firmware that won't allow the password field to be empty, I normally just set it to a simple word or use 5544332211 for testing.
Feel free to post router model number and ISP if you need help in changing password (locating the setting in router).
Other thought is that you may need to verify that your router is using the WPA2 protocol if you are using a wifi6(ax) router. If using a wifi6 router, make sure you have WPA2/WPA3 enabled. For testing, I would just use WPA2 and not have WPA3 enabled at all. (you will find this setting in the Security section of the router).
