This issue has not been resolved. I got the roku cameras because i thought it would be good to have something that would work with all the tvs we have and my household could all have access and to be honest i have been disappointed with the roku cameras products. there is limited options you cant view more then one camera at a time, the smart detection is not accurate and it does not all ways pick up and record activity. the alerts on the tv are inconsistent and now there is no way to view on a desktop. and i feel like support does not listen nor pay attention when people reach out. i have commented on this before and gave every detail i had along with examples and all that happened was for me to get an email asking me for the same information i had already given. i really hope this system gets better soon

It's so interesting that you have the issue on one computer but not another. I got this new Dell laptop in mid January. It worked on here then. But a month later I get this error message saying it doesn't support my mobile device, even though I'm not on a mobile device. Some update from Windows or a driver or something? I use Brave browser. It worked on it before. I just don't get it. It's too bad there's no tech dept somewhere with experts who might know what the fix is.
