The service with Noonlight does not clarify what happens if the system cannot reach the central monitoring if the home has a loss of electric, or internet. Is there some feature whereby central monitoring checks if it hasn’t been contacted by a home system then what happens?

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting your inquiry.
Please be aware that if you lose power or internet with your home system, Noonlight will not be notified due the lack of internet connectivity. In addition, your home system will sound the alarm on the hub, if an alarm is triggered while on battery backup, should you lose power and internet connectivity.
Thanks,
Danny
