Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? When connecting your Roku Smart Home Camera to your wireless network, are you making sure to connect to a 2.4 GHz wireless network? Can you provide a screenshot of the Roku Smart Home mobile app when this issue occurs?
