Monitoring Hub goes offline
If not used for a few weeks, the hub goes offline. The only way I can get it back online is to delete the device and add it back. Then I have to reconnect all of the door, window and motion sensors. Any better way?

Thanks for letting us know that you're having an issue with your home monitoring going offline. We'd like to know more about this.
Have you made any changes on your internet while I was not used? Also, what is the status light of the hub once plugged into the power outlet?
