We understand you're having a problem with the sensors since it was not able to trigger the alarm. We're happy to help. Please try to restart your sensor by following the steps below:
- Remove the back from the sensor.
- Motion slid up and off.
- Door/Window pop off.
- Remove the batteries and then reinsert them making sure they are put in correctly.
Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
