The out door camera will not connect.
I have 2 cameras 1 at my store 2 at my house and just bought a out door camera with hub.
The out door camera will not connect. Tried for 3 weeks.? When I bought the outdoor camera I changed my subscription to 9.99 a month. That was the end of Jan. Now it says my free subscription has ended and I can't few events on the 2 working cameras. This is very frustrating. Also the camera at my business records up side down. If I can't resolve these issues within the end of the week I will change companies. I've paid and not received the services .

@lrapisura43 You should delete your email in your post as this is a public forum that everyone can see, including the scammers. You will get emails, but not likely from Roku, but from scammers.

Is there any error message when you try to set up the camera?
Also, here are the steps to resolve the live stream upside down: Home > Camera live feed > Settings > Advanced Settings > Rotate Camera to 180°.
