Paid for Pro monitoring by noonlight

Jump to solution

Paid for the Pro monitoring by noonlight and the subscription shows up on the website but not the app itself, so my mom mad the alarm go off for ten minutes and no one called to check on her. That’s when I noticed it says she needs to purchase the subscription when she already has! I got the Roku security to keep her safe and so far it’s not been helping us at all!

  3. Verify a home Address is inputted under the “Basic info” section
  4. Go back to the “Home Monitoring Settings”
  5. Select “Emergency Contacts”
  6. Verify that a primary contact with a phone number has been added. If not, click Add Contact and follow the steps.

I don’t even have that option. It doesn’t show a home option at all. The app isn’t even showing that she has a subscription but she does and it only shows on the website
