Solving playback issues

i am having the same exact issue, and i followed the same exact process you done. Both of my roku sticks are doing this, did you find resolve?

Mine happened same way, i followed exactly what you done. Neither of my roku stick working (Xfinity app) , did anyone find a resolution??

Somebody posted that they hit the home button 5 times then hit the back arrow button 5 times. I tried it and gave a few seconds and it was fixed.
