Solving playback issues

I have tried all the suggested solutions. Still won’t stream across several Roku devices. Streaming from the Xfinity app works on multiple cell phones. I believe it’s a Roku issue but I’m not confident it will get resolved

I have tried all of your suggestions. Xfinity tech came out, they only work on hardware issues. 

App. comes up when I press on a program to watch, Error Code. TVAPP - 00116 appears on every channel.

any other suggestion besides all the ones tried.

I've tried troubleshooting the roku device.  all the suggestions.  I have worked with xfinity to try to get the app to work.  nothing works.  it still says connect to home wifi even though i am connected to my home wifi.  Im done with the frustration. returning the unusable product as there seems to be no support for this issue

@jkennedy644, if Xfinity can't figure it out, no one can.  It's their app and their error message.
