For the past week every channel I watch on Roku is having playback issues with buffering every 5 to ten minutes. It’s ironic that none of the commercials have this issue…just the actual tv shows. Whether is live or a recorded DVR show…the buffering keeps happening. No matter which streaming service I use…the issues are still there with the buffering every few minutes. Can someone please help with this? Thank you

Thank you for the instructions. I did the restart and it was fine for a few days. The buffering has returned and it is worse than it was before. It is now happening about every two minutes. I deleted the channel and restarted Roku. Do you have my other suggestions? Thank you
