I have been having the same problem. What is weird is that the commercials are in sync, but once the court coverage comes on, it’s out of sync. It is corrected by going out of the app and reconnecting, but as soon as a commercial plays (in sync) and the court play resumes, it is once again out of sync. Going in and out of the app on every commercial break is tedious and there has to be a better solution. Help!
When out of sync, push button on remote that looks like circle with arrow pointing down. I think it backs it up 10 sec, but then it's in sync.

Instead of going out and back into the Tennis app, try pressing the circular arrow on your remote. I think it backs everything by 10 seconds, then it's in sync (until the next commercial happens). I wish some Tennis and/or Roku employee would fix this, but it's been happening for a year or longer. Help is non-responsive, at least not in a pertinent way.
This happens on both my Roku TV and my TV with the Roku HDMI plug-in. These 2 items are at 2 different addresses.
well guy at tennis channel says that their app on Tv is NOT compatible with certain Tvs etc and most likely would work only on a iPhone or computer. I said thats not acceptable why not tell people the problem before taking peoples money... They are aware but supposedly working on it.. Been months!!! TELL PEOPLE BEFORE TAKING THEIR MONEYTHEN!!!! What happens if I get it through you tube TV. Will it still happen??
I can attest that it's been going on for many months. Tennis Channel needs to decide if they are going to offer a streaming service that works or not. The video and audio are synch'd on my setup across many streaming services (Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, Netflix, Amazon/Prime Video, Paramount, Apple TV, PBS, Fanduel, and others) and none of them have this problem. I expect to be cancelling Tennis Channel when my annual subscription comes due.
I cancelled mine. BUT Tennis channel should not take peoples money when they knew it was not Compatible with certain Tvs and systems. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY WHEN THEY KNEW ALL ALONG..I told the tennis channel man I talked to.....he didnt know what to say!! They are working on it......Yeah right.. They are not truthful people some one should report them. All they had to do when subscribing if not before say there are compatible issues. BUT NO MENTION. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!
